Absolutely Certain ...About Fewer Things

Defining Holiness...
"We have put so much emphasis on avoiding evil that we have become virtually blind to the endless opportunities for doing good.
We have defined holiness through what we separate ourselves from rather than what we give ourselves to. I am convinced the great tragedy is not the sins that we commit, but the life we fail to live...
There is a subtle danger of hiding apathy behind piety. Getting rid of sin in your life? Great. Now it's time to do something." - Erwin McManus (Seizing Your Divine Moment, p.34-35)
"Do all the good you can, By all the means you can, In all the ways you can, In all the places you can, At all the times you can, To all the people you can, As long as ever you can." ~ attributed to John Wesley
